GroupWare Connector for Outlook®

GroupWare now includes the Concentric GroupWare Connector for Microsoft Outlook®. The Concentric GroupWare Connector lets you experience all of the GroupWare features with the familiar Outlook interface, giving you the advantages of a Microsoft Exchange environment without the associated costs or IT maintenance. The connector is available for both Personal and Collaborative mode GroupWare users.

GroupWare Personal Edition Features:

  • Synchronization between Outlook and the online portal gives you access to your email folders, contacts, tasks and notes from your computer or any computer with Internet access
  • All of your Outlook data is backed up and synchronized on our reliable, secure servers should your computer ever fail, get lost, or stolen.

GroupWare Collaborative Edition Additional Features:

  • View free/busy time of other GroupWare users within your organization and schedule meetings right from your Outlook program
  • Access shared contacts from the global address book to send emails or meeting invites
  • Control who can view your calendar, or even allow others to make updates to your calendar
  • Create shared calendars and set permissions to allow others to view and/or make updates
  • Access all other GroupWare Collaborative features though Outlook

The GroupWare Connector is included with the GroupWare Collaborative Edition for just $5.95/user/month, or can be added to the GroupWare Personal Edition for just $2.00/user/month.

Existing customers can obtain the GroupWare Connector for Outlook® by having their Master, Domain, or User Admin enable the connector if they are using Personal Mode or by selecting Collaborative Mode in the Gateway.
