The VPS is expanding deeply into both Virtual and Dedicated landscapes. If handled appropriately, this can be symbiotic, bridging the price points between high and low cost hosting. Current Collaboration and Integration Solutions in Messaging As companies move to VoIP, along with core services another messaging infrastructure comes into play. Email administrators need to understand how VoIP and unified messaging can burden Exchange and threaten its stability. This session addresses the value of creating a single message store deeply integrated with Exchange, to leverage Exchange to accommodate messaging in any mix of IP telephony, legacy systems and wireless. It will also discuss how existing groupware technologies overlook the needs and resources of the SMB customer leaving them with unreliable in-house solutions, high per-seat costs, and often force them to juggle multiple vendors/products. Panelists will address the challenge of providing cost effective, reliable, and scaleable groupware.
