Terms and Conditions of Free Trial
Free trial period is for 30 (thirty) days from the date account is set up.
To activate a free trial account, customers must complete registration, provide credit card information and agree to Concentric’s Terms of Service.
If the account is not cancelled before the 30-day trial period ends, the account will convert to a paid status and the credit card entered during the registration process will be billed the applicable regular monthly service fee.
To cancel your trial account, call Customer Care at 1-888-575-6398 prior to the end of your 30-day trial period.
Free trial applies to Email, Starter, CN1-3 and WN1-3 plans only.
Free trial applies to Concentric Hosting and Email Plan service fees only and does not include the following fees:
Domain Hosting and Concentric Dial Plans Domain name registration, renewal or maintenance fees associated with “add-on” services, including without limitation fees for additional disk space, email accounts, Microsoft™ bCentral services and Premium Junk Mail Filters.
